Come and experience a delightful ceramic workshop at Willow Studios in Ester Village! We have a charming little art studio where you can unleash your creativity and enjoy a wonderful time learning hand building with clay. This workshop will be guided on how to create a wonderful Fox Planter perfect to add to your home decor or a special gift. Handbuilding involves shaping clay with your hands to craft fun, decorative, and occasionally functional pieces that are artistically unique. This class also involves painting and decorating your project. This medium demands patience and a keen eye for detail, as rushing or neglecting essential instructions can lead to challenges in mastering the craft.
Careful Consideration: Ceramics can be prone to cracking, drying out, or even exploding during firing if students do not take careful consideration when building with clay. Please allow 3-4 weeks for firing.
