Birch and Lucas (I Love Animal Stories)

Watch Birch and Lucas develop a friendship despite having different personalities and sharing a small space in a new environment. The tale touches the topic of not underestimating those smaller than you and also accepting those different than you. The engaging storyline, combined with colorful watercolor illustrations, sparks creativity and invites children into a magical world of animal adventures. Note: This narrative is deeply personal. I penned this story about my life with Birch and Lucas, inspired by the enduring and humorous bond they share. I always knew I wanted to share their adventures in a book. Although I created this story quite some time ago and set aside the sketches, I promised myself that I would revisit it one day to transform it into a book. It wasn't until I began storytelling and creating children's books that I remembered this tale waiting to be told. Now, you can catch a glimpse of my life here in Alaska, featuring Birch and Lucas as our beloved pets during our early years on our homestead property in Ester, Alaska.
